Our Planner
Hi friends! I'm Katie Lesch, owner and lead wedding planner of the The Walk to Remember. I've always had a passion for event planning, whether it's for a birthday party, a wedding, or a family trip. I wanted to extend this passion to a larger clientele and in order to do that I sought out an education in the event industry. I studied at QC Career School and received my certificate in the international wedding planning and event decor professional program.
Following this, I've had the pleasure of planning many of my own events as well as assisting other planners; additionally, I served as Event Captain at The Waterfront - Cargill Room for a season. From there, I went on to receive my associate's degree in Business Management and finally established The Walk to Remember as an LLC.
When it comes to service, providing my clients with nothing short of excellence is my number one priority and my experience and education is an integral part of that. I plan every detail with the intent of making memories that will last a lifetime. A couple will take many walks together, but your wedding day will be your walk to remember.
